Happy Monday!! Hope everyone as always had a great weekend full of wonderful running and living life to the fullest!! Just finished week 1 of my taper, and it was nice to tone down my training a bit. Crazy that I’ll be in Germany in less than 2 weeks!! Ahh so excited!!!

My legs were pretty tired from last week, so I decided to cross train a bit more, and do one hard workout later in the week. Worked out pretty darn good I must say! 13 days till the marathon!!!
