Oh how I love this little seed!! My favorite way to use them is by making deliciousss puddings! They satiate my sweet tooth and I get oodles of fiber too! Here is my go to recipe:

Cacao & Peanut Butter Chia Pudding


  • 1 banana
  • 1 T Cacao Powder
  • 2 T Powdered Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 3 T Chia Seeds
  • Some unsweetened coconut to top




(Recovery Version – to get a little extra added benefit)

  • Add 1 tsp Maca Powder
  • Add 1 scoop of Whey Protein Powder (Whey is the fastest acting protein – and will get to those muscles quickly to facilitate repair! Booya!)

  • Blend everything but the chia seeds. Add them at the end, and I like to refrigerate over night. If the consistency isn’t like pudding, add more cha cha cha CHIA!!!
