*Makes about 2 servings

  • Bunch of Dandelion Greens
  • Bunch of Parsley
  • Bunch of Mint leaves
  • 4 stalks of Kale
  • 4 stalks of Collard Greens
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 Apple (I used Honey crisp)
  • About one inch of ginger
