I love starting my day with green juice! It energizes me and just makes me feel good inside! What lifts you up in the morning???


*Makes about 2 servings

  • Bunch of Dandelion Greens
  • Bunch of Parsley
  • Bunch of Mint leaves
  • 4 stalks of Kale
  • 4 stalks of Collard Greens
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 Apple (I used Honey crisp)
  • About one inch of ginger

    This juice sounds wonderful! I love the fact that it is mostly greens!

    I never had dandelion greens, but I heard they’re so good for you.

      You are so welcome!! Happy that you are enjoying my recipes!!! I try to make my juices with as little fruit as possible, just because albeit it’s fruit and good for us, it still contains a lot of sugar. So, I’d rather eat fruit whole, get the max fiber out of it, instead of juicing with it.
