Pulp Burgers

  1. Add eggs to pulp and blend together

  3. Add chopped onion
  4. Add all spices. (Garlic & herb, black pepper, & garlic salt)
  5. Add chickpeas & kidney beans
  6. Add oat flour
  7. Mold pulp burgers to the size of your liking!!
  8. On low heat in pan, add olive oil and pan fry.

*They were really good, only thing that I may omit is the citrus pulp. It tends to make the burgers a bit more bitter.
